Global Day of Prayer for MENECA Region - February 28
Join us on the first day of the Islamic month of Ramadan to Fast and Pray for every tribe and every nation in the MENACA region. We believe that there is a promise of salvation and redemption for those in the region and we believe that our prayer and fasting for these people and those working in MENACA will move mountains in the name of Jesus. MC4S is hosting another Iftar dinner over Ramadan on 3/29! Aybars from the Al-Maidah Initiative will be hosting a “warm-up” event to help prepare and equip us to serve our Muslim neighbors, be good hosts, and to answer any questions that those attending might have. We will be meeting in the Fireside room on 3/2 during the second service. If you have a heart to reach the Islamic world with the love of Jesus, please attend! Ramadan is the holiest month on the Islamic calendar, where Muslims fast from sunrise to sunset. During the first and last weeks of this month, Muslims will generally gather in public spaces and break their fast together over a meal called an “Iftar”. Last year, MC4S and our ministry partner The Al-Maidah Initiative hosted one such event & over 100 people (50 Muslims and 50 Christians) attended! These meals offer us an opportunity to develop relationships with those who practice Islam in our local area & to demonstrate God’s love in a real and powerful way, all over great food in a friendly & fun environment! FFHM Baja Mexico Men's trip - Sept. 13th-22nd
We will be connecting with men living at Rafa's house, serving meals, joining in on work projects and sharing God's love with them. These men come from addiction and difficult life circumstances and are now working full time and learning what it looks like to follow Jesus. https://www.ffhm.org/vision

Community Outreach
Pop up pantry
Our church helps provide groceries for families in need at Alderwood MS every month. We partner with Nourishing Network and another local church. We pack up the bags and then transport them to Alderwood MS. It’s a lot of fun!! You can come and pack from 2:30-4pm and/or help hand the bags out at the school from 4-5pm.

Come to church and enjoy a cup of tea with some new Muslim friends. This is a time to connect with the Muslim community, get to know them, and, through relationships, share Jesus. Aybars is leading this time; it is a relaxed hang-out kind of thing. The goal is to enjoy conversation and make new friends. It will be once a month for now on a Monday night. unhoused ministry
